Right of withdrawal

Applies to goods — not to workshops

The withdrawal notice below applies to the purchase of goods from our online shop.

There is no right of withdrawal for workshops and other events on a fixed date. That is not a restriction we impose but the statutory exemption in § 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code, for services connected with leisure activities for which a specific date is provided. Our cancellation terms apply in its place: free cancellation with a full refund up to 14 days before the date, no refund after that, and you may name a substitute free of charge up to the day before. The details are in § 9 of our terms.

The fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of a gift voucher. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. If you withdraw from the purchase, we refund the amount paid in full, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed. A voucher that has already been redeemed can no longer be withdrawn. The details on vouchers are in § 9a of our terms.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Both In Time, Jan Zajfert, Gutenbergstraße 96, 70197 Stuttgart, hello@bothintime.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the communication of your withdrawal. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
